WinComp Support is a new part of WinComp Computer Services. We have invested in state of the art software that allows you the end user to request remote assistance from your home or office whenever you need technical assistance.
This service is priced at 70p (inc vat) and you can buy credits as a pay as you go customer on this page using your credit card or paypal account, you may notice the more credits you buy in at a time the less the cost per credit.
Alternatively you can pay over the phone by calling one of our support staff on 01606 862378 who will be happy to assist you.
One Credit = One Minute of support time
You can purchase Credits in the following amounts:
- 30 credits at a price of £21.00 inc VAT
- 60 credits at a price of £40.00 inc VAT
- 90 Credits at a price of £58.00 inc VAT
- 180 Credits at a price of £110.00 inc VAT
Support Software Download
In order to remotely connect to your computer our technical team use secure software that enabled them to login and control your PC while you watch. You always remain in control however and can end the session should you feel the need.
We fully support Windows, Apple Mac and Linux operating systems.
